Yeni yap\u0131larda Enerji Kimlik Belgesi (EKB) olmadan yap\u0131 kullan\u0131m izni al\u0131namaz.\n  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Is\u0131 Yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 Nas\u0131l Yap\u0131l\u0131r?<\/h2>\n<p>Is\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131, \u201cbina kabu\u011fu\u201d olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan d\u0131\u015f s\u0131n\u0131r elemanlar\u0131 \u00fczerine uygulan\u0131r. Bu alanlar; \u00e7at\u0131, duvar, zemin, kap\u0131, pencere ve tesisat sistemleridir.<\/p>\n<h3>1. \u00c7at\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131<\/h3>\n<p>Is\u0131 y\u00fckseldi\u011fi i\u00e7in \u00e7at\u0131, \u0131s\u0131 kayb\u0131n\u0131n en yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu b\u00f6lgedir. \u00c7at\u0131 aras\u0131na ta\u015f y\u00fcn\u00fc, cam y\u00fcn\u00fc veya poli\u00fcretan k\u00f6p\u00fck uygulanabilir. Duvar yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131<\/h3>\n<p>En yayg\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm, d\u0131\u015f cephe mantolama sistemleridir. Yeni binalar\u0131n en az C s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131nda olmas\u0131 gerekir.\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n    <strong>E-Devlet sorgulamas\u0131<\/strong><br \/>\n    Enerji Kimlik Belgesi, e-Devlet \u00fczerinden kolayca sorgulanabilir. Sat\u0131n alaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z konut i\u00e7in belgeyi g\u00f6rmeden karar vermeyin.\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n    <strong>Is\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m projesi<\/strong><br \/>\n    Her yeni bina projesinde, yetkili m\u00fchendis taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m projesi bulunur. Hangi malzemenin, hangi kal\u0131nl\u0131kta ve nerede kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bu dosyada g\u00f6rebilirsiniz.\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n    <strong>G\u00f6zle kontrol<\/strong><br \/>\n    D\u0131\u015f cephe d\u00fczg\u00fcn kaplanm\u0131\u015f m\u0131?
