Transformation Begins in Yavuztürk
Mimoza Houses opens the doors to a new life as the first major urban transformation project in Yavuztürk, one of the rising areas of Üsküdar. Earthquake safety is one of the fundamental principles that Per Yapı meticulously applies in every project. Mimoza Houses is also being constructed in line with this understanding, with a raft foundation and beam system, fully compliant with current earthquake regulations. This building system, supported by solid ground data, is implemented comprehensively along with all technical details such as fire safety, sound and heat insulation.
Mimoza Houses, which is also a strong project in terms of social amenities, has a total open area of 1000 m², including a 550 m² children’s park and seating areas. The closed parking lot for 80 vehicles, along with a 24/7 closed-circuit camera system, offers a planned and secure living space.
